Schedule 2 on LMLEP for an “other irregular lot” requires - “must have a rectangular building area with a minimum area of 250 m2 and a minimum width of 12 m. I would suggest that proposed lot 320 does not comply with this. Any variation to this development standard must be justified. Can you also please provide the current proposal with the old approved layout overlaid.
