A tool for viewing land/property information and maps.
While the information provided with this service may give you an indication of the development potential of a parcel of land, it is not suitable as a substitute for obtaining a section 149 planning certificate (under the Environmental Planning & Assessment Act 1979). When land is bought or sold, the Conveyancing Act 1919 requires that a section 149 planning certificate is included with the contract of sale. The certificate, issued by Council, includes planning and other relevant information that applies to the land on the date the certificate is issued.
Use Council's Development Planning service to research the application requirements for a development proposal.
